At Zandu Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
